SellerCloud is integrated via Innotrac's API, allowing a complete order drop ship management easily and efficiently.
Innotrac Integration
Orders can be fully managed with drop ship Innotrac with the click of a button. After the order is shipped, the tracking number and ship date will be automatically retrieved and updated on the order. Shipping cancellations can be sent as well for orders that were accidentally sent to Innotrac for drop shipping.
Additionally, SellerCloud's integration can manage an order return by sending an RMA to Innotrac to inform them that an item will be returned. The RMA will automatically update in SellerCloud when the item is received.
